DESCRIPTION:
Riley Whiting, Winchester, Conn., 30 hour time and strike wood movement half column & splat shelf clock, c1830.
CONDITION:
Mahogany veneered case in an old finish with some veneer missing on the base. Stenciling appears to be original with some wear next to the door lock. Original painted dial is very nice for its age. Mirror is a replacement. Hands are period. Movement is correct for this maker. Very clean label inside case. Ht 34 1/2".
